What are you going to do?
You are the point of contact for our business guests. You think along, maintain contacts, make quotes, arrange bookings via our system and keep an overview. Whether it is a meeting, company drinks or an overnight stay: you make sure that everything is right.
Your tasks:
Customer contact with business relations (by telephone, e-mail and at the counter)Drawing up and following up on quotationsManaging bookings via our system and the websiteContributing ideas to commercial opportunitiesCollaborating with reception, sales and the operational teamWorking on location, flexible (24-32 hours)
What are you bringing?
Experience with reservation systems (such as Mews or similar)Good command of Dutch and English (spoken and written)Commercial experience or strong customer-oriented attitudeYou work accurately and maintain an overviewYou are hospitable, sociable and like to think one step ahead
