About the function
As an Independent Chef you are responsible for the preparation and presentation of high-level dishes. You work with fresh products, think about menus and contribute to an optimal guest experience - from à la carte dinners to buffets, breakfast service, lunch and live cooking.

Tasks and responsibilities
Independently prepare and present dishes
Contribute to the development of new menus and specials
Ensuring quality, hygiene and presentation
Supervise mise-en-place and inventory management
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent quality and speed
What do we expect from you?
Completed chef training (MBO level 2, 3 or 4) or demonstrable experience in a comparable position
Professional and representative work attitude
Being able to work in a structured, clean and efficient manner
Stress-resistant, flexible and strong in collaboration
Passion for the profession and willingness to continue learning
